How Buying Works

- Step One: Nicky will visit your home or office to see
the space, discuss your likes and dislikes as well as your budget
and any other requirements.
- Step Two: Nicky will submit (by post or email –
there is no need for another meeting) a series of proposals with
images of different artists’ work.
- Step Three: Once you have chosen a couple of contenders
from those submitted, the artists will be approached in order
to get more information on available work and current pricing.
- Step Four: Visit to the artist’s studio –
optional.
- Step Five: Nicky will bring work to your home or office
to be tried out on the walls.
- Step Six: Once you have selected a work, Nicky will
organise for it to be hung by a specialist hanger.
- Step Seven: An invoice will be issued for the work once
it is in place. WhiteWall, on payment,
will pay the artist 70% of the total. In the case of a commission,
a deposit of 50% will need to be paid when the artist commences
the work, and the balance then paid on receiving the work. Hanging
costs are settled directly with the hanger.
